Our Mission

Alternative Choices will provide the highest quality of day program services and residential support for individuals with developmental disabilities and a supportive Host Home. We have high expectations of our Host Home Providers that we contract to provide a safe and loving home, quality care for individuals in their homes, that complies with CDPHE guidelines and our agency’s policies. In addition, we individualized plans, choices, needs, and goals.

Our Services

Day Programs

Our day programs are designed to be unique and meet various individuals’ needs. We provide individualized day services and activities for our clients who desire to stay active, continue to learn, and connect with others in their community and various programs.

Host Home/Family Caregiver

Our Residential Host home services offer a caring, safe, and quality home environment for adults, Our residential program model provides people with developmental disabilities with a supportive home and family environment.

Non medical transportation

Our responsibility and goal are to consistently provide outstanding service to our clients and make each ride a safe and enjoyable experience.

Resilience program

We strive to utilize a person-centered approach to educate, model, and guide patterns of personal health. Our programs work to improve overall well-being through exercise, improved educational nutrition plans, and sports engagement in his unique day program.
